From Recipient Addressing to Assembly & Mailing, we strive to offer affordable, time-saving services to assist our brides with their invitations!

1.  Recipient Addressing - Let us address your envelopes for you!  Your envelopes will be printed in black flat ink utilizing the fonts from your chosen design template. You will receive a complimentary proof of the layout for final approval prior to printing.  This service can be added to save the dates or invitation orders as you add your item to your cart!  
  • *Please Note* The Printed Event is not responsible for misspellings, typographical errors or incorrect addresses so please double check your list before sending it to us! Your content will be typed as it appears on the spreadsheet.  
  • Download a blank spreadsheet to start making your guest list!  We can use this file to address your envelopes with your guests' information - just upload right to your product before adding to cart (or email it over to us!)

    2.  Assembly + Mailing - Your order will be hand-assembled with care by our team to create finished sets. We will seal them in their mailing envelopes and affix a postage stamp before delivering to the post office!  This service can be added to save the dates or invitation orders as you add your item to your cart!  

    Please note - this service includes cost for (1) Forever stamp per envelope/finished set, which allows for up to 1oz in weight.  If your finished set weighs more than 1oz and additional postage is needed per set to mail your invitations, we will notify you and create a second invoice to cover the cost of additional postage.
