WELCOME COUPLES!

We're so excited you're here!  Let's get started with planning all the printed details for your big day!  We know how overwhelming wedding planning can be, and it's our goal to be transparent about our process so you know what to expect when working together.  We hope to become a trusted vendor in your planning process, from the engagement to the happily ever after!  Please read through the following steps and informational pages so you know the full scope of how we can assist you.

Step 1:  Schedule a complimentary consultation

We feel the best way to serve our clients is to meet face-to-face to discuss your vision, needs and budget.  Whether you choose to Zoom or we meet in person, we get SO EXCITED to learn more about your wedding, special event or business.  

Step 2:  Review our suggested timeline.  This is a schedule of recommended dates to keep in mind as we progress through the planning of your wedding!  

Step 3:  Please add us to your contacts list!  We will be communicating with you through email (so we both have a paper trail :) Please check your SPAM to make sure you aren't missing any important information. 

Step 4:  Review your custom proposal and complimentary mood board - Within 1-3 business days after our consultation, we will provide you with a custom proposal and mood board that summarizes the design theme of your event.  Our team will revise these items as needed to meet your needs, wants and budget! 

Step 5:  Pay deposit.  When you are satisfied with your proposal and mood board, a deposit of 50% of your total invoice is due before we begin the design phase.  An invoice will be sent to you via email.  The balance is due before we proceed to print.
