Our Story

Woody (owner/dad) bought the old Tamarack Valley Christian Camp around Covid time.  It was just a great opportunity and had a lot of potential.  He wasn't sure what at that time, but soon after he thought it could be a really cool wedding/event venue.  Emma (venue manager/daughter) was in school at Michigan State and was asked by Woody to help out.  From there, we designed & built it together.  Woody has always been in the construction business so a lot of it came naturally to him, and Emma was looking to start a career when she graduated.  What better opportunity than to work with your dad and build something from nothing together?!  Both of our styles and tastes combined really well and complimented one another.  Augusta Creek is so special to us, and so beautiful its hard not to fall in love when you're there!  We are extremely proud of it and really had so much fun doing it together.

Our first event is scheduled for late Summer 2024 after construction concludes!  Stay tuned for updates!
